Add Attributed to your Slack workspace

Connecting Slack lets Attributed post findings and Implementation Packs to a channel of your choice. Setup takes under a minute.

Before you start

• You need to be signed in to Attributed.
• You need permission to add apps to your Slack workspace (most workspaces require an admin).

Steps

1. In Attributed, go to Integrations.
2. Find the Slack card and click Add to Slack.
3. You will be redirected to Slack's authorisation screen. Pick the workspace and the channel you want Attributed to post to.
4. Click Allow. Slack sends you back to Attributed and the connection appears on the Integrations page.
5. Click Send test on the new Slack row to confirm the bot can post.

If the test message arrives, you're done. Findings and Implementation Packs that match your severity threshold will now post to that channel.

What gets posted

Each Slack message includes the agent name, severity, finding title and a one-line summary, plus a button that opens the full finding or pack in Attributed.
