1. Agreement
By creating an Attributed workspace you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.
2. The service
Attributed connects to your ecommerce, analytics and marketing platforms to detect attribution issues, tracking gaps, revenue mismatches and conversion leaks, and produces Implementation Packs your team can act on.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer the platform, abuse the credit allowance, or use Attributed to process data you do not have a lawful basis to process.
4. Subscription, credits and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Finding and Implementation Pack credits reset at the start of each billing period. Unused credits do not roll over.
5. Disclaimers
Findings and Implementation Packs are produced by automated diagnostics and are advisory in nature. You remain responsible for verifying and applying changes to your stack.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attributed's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
